Comprehensive care, one trusted clinic

Meet your physician
Dr. Kareem Moasis, MD
Dr. Kareem Moasis is an Internal Medicine/Primary Care Physician with advanced specialty training in Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Pain Medicine, Longevity Medicine, and Behavioral Health. He is the founder and Medical Director at Oasis Medical Group — and the reason patients drive from across Encinitas, Fallbrook, and North County San Diego to receive his medical care.
Dr. Moasis completed his medical training and residency with a focus on comprehensive, relationship-based internal medicine at brooklyn hospital center in brooklyn, New York. He was drawn to internal medicine because of its breadth — the ability to care for the whole patient across every system of the body — and to addiction medicine because of the profound impact that effective treatment can have on a patient's entire life trajectory.
What sets Dr. Moasis and his team apart is not just his clinical knowledge — it is his approach. He practices medicine the way it was meant to be practiced. He sits down. He listens. He asks the questions that other doctors skip. He explains things in plain language. And when you leave his office, you leave with a plan you understand and a physician you can trust.
